Scientific articles

Presenting scientific articles, in which at least one of the authors is a young scientist, a student or a PhD student in the field of physics and engineering from universities all over the country, Bulgarian Academy of Science and other scientific institutions.

During the conference, there will be a competition “The best scientific achievement” for the year of 2019. The participants can present published or still unpublished scientific researches. The most current topics and most attractive presentations and posters will be awarded by a special jury consisting of lecturers from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”.

Publishing

• • In case the participants want their unpublished articles to be published, they will be reviwed and published in the Journal of Physics and Technology magazine at Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”.
• • All the requirements regarding the structure of the scientific articles (template) are published in the magazine website of Journal of Physics and Technology: https://jpt.uni-plovdiv.bg/
• • The complete text of the publications should be no longer than 6 pages in English including figures and literature. The text has to be sent for reviewes no later than 30th November, 2019 at email address: j.phys.tech@gmail.com

Participation requirements

Oral presentations and posters are included in the agenda.

When you make the registration, the scientific articles should be related to any of the following sections:

• • Optics, Photonics and Laser Physics;
• • Atomic and Nuclear Physics;
• • Physics of Condensed Matter and Nanotechnologies;
• • Electronics, Communications and Engineering technologies;
• • Theoretical and Mathematical Physics;
• • Astronomy and Physics of the Earth;
• • Interdisciplinary Science and Methodology of Teaching in Physics.

Oral presentations should be no longer than 15 minutes.

The maximum size of the posters is 90 сm \ 120 сm (size A0).
